Taxila: Malik Ali Nawaz, Advocate High Court, and candidate for General Secretary in the upcoming Taxila Bar Association elections, pledged to protect the dignity and respect of lawyers. His priorities include upholding the law, ensuring justice, and strengthening relations between the bar and bench. He also aims to improve the welfare of Taxila Bar lawyers.

To ease travel issues for lawyers from Taxila and Wah, he plans to introduce a transport facility—such as a coaster or high-roof vehicle—similar to the High Court Bar. Parking problems at the Taxila courthouse and the lack of chambers for new lawyers are also on his agenda. If elected, he promises to address these challenges promptly.
