A major incident of theft occurred near the Ghazi vegetable market at approximately 8 PM, where unknown culprits stole a loader rickshaw worth hundreds of thousands of rupees. CCTV footage of the incident shows the suspects in action, and the affected family is demanding justice. The incident took place when two brothers, Talha and Anees—residents of Sheraull—had parked their loader rickshaw in front of Hazara College, near the Ghazi vegetable market, to purchase vegetables. Taking advantage of the darkness, the unidentified suspects managed to flee with the rickshaw, valued at around Rs. 400,000. According to CCTV footage, a group of four individuals was involved in the theft. Two of the suspects are seen pushing the locked rickshaw toward the nearby canal, while the other two accomplices fled in the direction of Tarbela Road on a motorcycle. The affected brothers have appealed to the district administration and law enforcement agencies to take immediate action, apprehend those responsible, and ensure the safety and security of citizens’ lives and property.
