LAHORE: LAAM Fashion Week is set to return to Lahore from October 23 to 26, 2026, bringing together some of Pakistan’s leading fashion designers, contemporary labels, retail brands and emerging talent in an expanded programme aimed at connecting the country’s fashion industry with international audiences.

The second edition, jointly created by LAAM and Design651, will feature established names such as HSY, Ali Xeeshan, Deepak Perwani, Fahad Hussayn and Sania Maskatiya, alongside new designers and fashion businesses making their runway debuts.

Organisers announced the Season 2 line-up on October 20, outlining a programme that combines designer showcases, high-street fashion, manufacturing-led brands and opportunities for young creative talent.

The event will also strengthen its digital approach, with collections livestreamed globally through the LAAM app, the official Fashion Week website and ARY Plus.

Leading Pakistani designers join Season 2

The designer showcases will span luxury fashion, couture, bridal collections, occasionwear, menswear and contemporary design.

The participating names include Ali Xeeshan, Deepak Perwani, Duno by Hassan & Yahsir Waheed, Emraan Rajput, Erum Khan, Fahad Hussayn, HSY, Jugnu Studios by Hussain Rehar, MIHHA, Mo by Mohsin Tawasuli, Mohtaram, Parishae Adnan, Rici Melion, Saira Rizwan, Sania Maskatiya and Souchaj by Mehak Junaid.

Meeras by Nilofer Shahid will also present a specially curated designer experience through the LFW By Invite Only programme.

Season 2 will open with LFW Presents: Starry Night, a collective presentation in which more than 21 designers will each showcase a look inspired by the night sky.

The opening presentation will be followed by individual designer showcases and dedicated programmes for contemporary, retail and emerging fashion labels.

Emerging designers to share the runway with established names

One of the major features of the upcoming edition is The LFW Hot List, developed in partnership with the Pakistan Institute of Fashion and Design (PIFD).

The initiative aims to bridge the gap between fashion education and professional industry opportunities by giving young designers a platform to present their collections and experience the production environment of a major fashion event.

Ten capsule collections have been selected for the programme.

They include Sarah Kamran’s The Insect of Madonna, Komal Asif’s Mechanica, Hadeeqa Khalid’s Dragons, Mahnoor Ijaz’s Mol: The Daughter’s Worth and Raonaq Rabnawaz Maken’s Amused to Death.

The remaining collections are Namra Fatima’s Nocturnal Bloom, Muhammad Badar’s Rustem e Punjab, Momina Kashif’s Aks Dar Aks, Alishbah Javed’s Autism Inside Her Spectrum and Zainab Fatima’s The Anatomy of Discomfort.

According to the organisers, the programme is intended to give emerging designers direct exposure to runway production, industry professionals and opportunities beyond the classroom.

Retail and manufacturing brands enter the fashion spotlight

LAAM Fashion Week will also expand its engagement with Pakistan’s high-street and manufacturing sectors through the LFW Retail Runway and LFW Edit programmes.

The Retail Runway builds on the Ramp Readiness Programme introduced during the inaugural edition. It is designed to help manufacturing-led and retail-ready businesses develop stronger fashion identities through curated runway collections.

Participating brands include ABAAN ZOHAN, Agha Jaan, Allure by Izna Hamza, ALLYS, HARIS N TEHZEEB, Haseens, Khuda Baksh, Malhaar, Maria Osama Khan, MISL, RANG E HAYA and Truba.

Meanwhile, LFW Edit will provide a platform for contemporary and high-street labels that have established retail businesses but are seeking greater visibility through professional runway presentations.

Its line-up includes Almirah, Aramis Haijaan, Beygum Bano, Collected XX, Dhundli Zameen, Dreams of Arthur, Edenrobe Ceremonial, Hathghar, KIBO, Project 1959, Sadhbarg and U&I – Umer Imrana.

Several of these brands will be making their first major Fashion Week runway appearances.

The organisers said the two programmes were intended to connect Pakistan’s manufacturing and retail strengths with creative design, brand development and broader market access.

Connecting Pakistani fashion with global audiences

LAAM Co-Founder and CEO Arif Iqbal said the platform’s broader mission was to showcase Pakistani fashion internationally and make it accessible to customers around the world.

He said Fashion Week extended that mission to the runway by highlighting the creativity and innovation of local designers.

“With every show livestreamed globally, the world can see just how exceptional our talent is,” he said.

LAAM Co-Founder and COO Amir Iqbal emphasised that runway presentations were only one part of the platform’s wider objective.

He said the organisers were equally focused on helping designers connect with customers, develop commercial opportunities and reach new markets after their collections were presented.

Design651 Founder and CEO Saad Ali said Season 2 would reflect a wider cross-section of Pakistan’s fashion industry.

He said the organisers had worked closely with participating brands on collection development, creative direction and presentation to improve their readiness for the runway.

The upcoming edition will feature 43 shows involving more than 50 established and emerging fashion labels.

According to figures provided by LAAM, its wider e-commerce ecosystem has recorded more than five million app downloads and serves over 4,000 active brands and designers. The company also reports more than 25 million active users and deliveries to over 1,200 cities worldwide.

Fashion Week expands digital broadcasts

Every runway show will be livestreamed through the LAAM app and the official LAAM Fashion Week website, allowing viewers in Pakistan and overseas to follow the event.

ARY Digital Network has joined as the official media partner, while ARY Plus will serve as the official OTT partner and broadcast the collections.

Haseens and Skynet are supporting the event, with SALT serving as food partner. The event is also being presented in association with Mercantile, an Apple Authorised Distributor.

HSY will serve as Event Director, while Nabila and N-Gents will manage backstage services. Zero Makeup and Nabila Haircare are the beauty partners.

Maheen Kardar will oversee designer experience and curation as Executive Director, with JBnJaws handling event production, Lotus managing strategic communications and AI Solutions providing livestream connectivity.

LAAM Fashion Week Season 2 will conclude on October 26.
