PESHAWAR: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor Faisal Karim Kundi visited the head office and flagship projects of AH Group of Companies, where he highlighted the importance of investment, urban development, and youth employment in strengthening the provincial economy.
During the visit, the governor toured the company’s head office as well as its major projects, including 091 Mall and Florenza Mall & Residencia. He was received by AH Group Chairman Yasir Ali, CEO Muhammad Haseeb Khattak, CFO Muhammad Umair Zeb, and other senior officials and staff members.
According to the company management, the governor was briefed on ongoing and upcoming real estate projects in Peshawar, Islamabad, Dera Ismail Khan, Murree, and Hangu. Officials said the projects are focused on modern residential and commercial infrastructure alongside customer-oriented housing facilities.
The briefing also covered the company’s role in generating employment opportunities, promoting investment activity, and supporting economic growth in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Governor emphasizes public trust and youth empowerment
Speaking during the visit, Governor Faisal Karim Kundi said quality housing and urban infrastructure play an important role in improving living standards and supporting sustainable development.
He also stressed the importance of maintaining public trust within the business sector and acknowledged the contribution of private companies operating in challenging economic conditions.
The governor appreciated AH Group’s employment initiatives, noting that more than 600 employees are currently working with the company, many of them from the younger generation.
During an interactive session with employees and management, he encouraged young professionals to continue contributing toward economic development and professional growth.
Officials said the governor also reviewed the company’s high-rise development projects and its return-on-investment model, describing such initiatives as part of broader urban and investment development efforts in the province.
Pakistan Peoples Party leaders Abrar Saeed Swati and Malik Abid Awan also accompanied the governor during the visit.
