RAWALPINDI: Kingdom Valley has inaugurated a new site office at Chakri to facilitate clients and dealers with property-related services, including plot transfers, bookings and instalment payments.
Kingdom Group Chairman Ghulam Hussain Shahid inaugurated the office at a ceremony attended by dealers, traders, company staff, clients and local residents.
Speaking on the occasion, Shahid said the facility would provide direct access to Kingdom Valley services for clients living in Pakistan and overseas, helping them resolve property-related matters at the project site.
He said the administration was committed to improving customer services, simplifying procedures and strengthening coordination between management, dealers and clients.
The office will operate from Thursday to Sunday, while relevant staff will be available on Fridays and Saturdays to handle customer and dealer matters.
According to the management, the facility will offer plot transfers, new bookings, instalment payments, plot merging and other property-related services.
Shahid said the regular presence of staff at the Chakri site would help customers receive timely guidance and reduce the need to visit other offices for routine transactions.
The administration also plans to introduce special offers for dealers and clients through the newly established office.
