SWAT: The highly anticipated 2024 Annual Sports Tournament for Government and Private High and Higher Secondary Schools in District Swat concluded with a spectacular display of talent and competition. Khpal Kor Model School and College once again proved its mettle, securing the first position and clinching the prestigious Aggregate Trophy for an unprecedented eighth time.
The month-long event, organized by the Swat Education Department, brought together schools from across the district to compete in a variety of sports and literary activities. Under the capable supervision of General Secretary Sports Officer Riaz Ahmed, Deputy General Secretary Naik Zada, Games Secretary Shafiq-ur-Rehman, Finance Secretary Inayatullah, and Press Secretary Akhtar Hussain, the tournament was flawlessly managed and executed.
Khpal Kor Model School and College emerged as the shining star of the event, claiming an impressive total of 22 positions across various categories. The school secured first place in key competitions including hockey, scouting, military drill, gymnastics, PT, triple jump, high jump, 400×4-meter relay, 800-meter race, shot put, and Urdu essay writing. Their consistent excellence across other competitions also earned them second and third positions, cementing their dominance in the tournament.
