SWAT: At least Twenty-one students from the Khpal Kor Foundation were honored with awards and certificates for their outstanding achievements in various categories of Khatmul Quran at an event hosted at the Khpal Kor Foundation Boys Campus on Friday.
Mr. Nisar Ahmad, Principal of Khpal Kor Model School and College, chaired the ceremony, with Mulana Mufti Muhammad Fahim Idress, Mudarris of Jamia Umar bin Abdul Aziz, serving as the chief guest.
These students were commended for successfully completing diverse Quranic studies courses, with nineteen mastering Quran memorization and two achieving Hifz-e-Quran. The certificate distribution ceremony was conducted with grandeur and solemnity.
To commemorate the occasion, the students participated in heartfelt recitations of Hamad and Naats.
The event attracted a notable audience, including relatives of orphaned children, prominent city figures, and foundation officials. In his address as the chief guest, Mulana Mufti Muhammad Fahim extended warm congratulations to the students and their parents for their dedication to completing the Quran courses. He emphasized the importance of integrating contemporary sciences with religious consciousness, envisioning a society characterized by health and dignity, and ensuring human comfort.
Finally, Mulana Mufti Hafeez Wajid Ali concluded the ceremony with a heartfelt Dua.
