ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court has directed the type of cases throughout a meeting on the formation and functioning of the constitutional bench. The session, led via Justice Aminuddin Khan in his chamber, reviewed tactics and operations for the constitutional benches. Staff briefed Justice Aminuddin on constitutional cases, together with Articles 184 (1), 184 (three), 186, and human proper problems. The bench head instructed the categorization and scheduling of cases, in an effort to be set with input from two senior judges. A three member committee will form a bench of at the least five judges.
