Iran’s central military command, Khatam al-Anbiya Headquarters, has announced that military operations against Israel have been suspended for the time being, according to Iranian media reports.

In a statement carried by Iranian media outlets, the headquarters said the operations were launched in response to Israeli attacks and what it described as aggression in southern Lebanon and Beirut’s southern suburb of Dahiyeh.

The statement said the military actions were intended to support the people of Lebanon and respond to Israeli military operations in the region.

According to the statement, the response had achieved its objectives and was described by Iranian authorities as “effective” and “impactful.” The headquarters added that military operations against Israel have now been halted for the time being.

The announcement comes amid ongoing regional tensions and continued international attention on developments involving Iran, Israel, and Lebanon.
