According to Indian media, this society, located in the upscale area of Gurugram, has added a new dimension to India’s luxury real estate sector. The apartments in this society have become the choice of leading businessmen, CEOs, and high-net-worth individuals, known for their luxurious interiors and unparalleled amenities. The project, which started in 2014, had an initial price of 22,500 INR per square foot. However, today, the price has soared to over 85,000 INR per square foot, marking a four-fold increase. Homes that were once sold for approximately 25-30 crore INR are now valued at 100 crore INR.
