RAWALPINDI: Senior journalist Imran Ammar, a reporter with The Public Purview, was honoured on Sunday in recognition of his 15 years of service in journalism at a ceremony organized by Bazm e Ahl e Qalam Pakistan Rawalpindi.

The event, attended by noted writers, poets, and members of the literary community, acknowledged Ammar’s professional contributions and long-standing commitment to responsible reporting. Speakers highlighted the importance of recognising journalists who have consistently upheld ethical standards and played a constructive role in informing the public.

Among those present were Jaleel Aali, Naseem Sehhar, Dr. Farhat Abbas, Rosh Nadeem, Dr. Sher Ali, and Farheen Khalid, who paid tribute to Ammar’s work and dedication to the field.
