Islamabad: The IMARAT Group has announced the launch of Signature Apartments by HSY, expanding its mixed-use IMARAT Downtown development as the Mall of IMARAT prepares to open.
The new residential project is being introduced in collaboration with Hassan Sheheryar Yasin (HSY), marking the designer’s entry into branded real estate through a design-led housing concept.
Officials said IMARAT Downtown is being developed as an integrated urban hub combining commercial, retail, hospitality and residential components. The project includes the IMARAT Business District, where the first phase of a hospitality tower featuring Courtyard by Marriott has already been launched.
Branded residential concept
According to the developer, the Signature Apartments aim to incorporate curated interiors and lifestyle-focused amenities under the HSY Home concept. The project is positioned as a branded residence offering design-oriented living within the larger Downtown master plan.
Chairman IMARAT Group Shafiq Akbar said the launch represents the next phase of development as the project transitions from planning to execution. He noted that the company is expanding its live-work-leisure framework within the capital.
HSY said the collaboration reflects an effort to integrate identity-driven design and craftsmanship into residential spaces, describing the apartments as an extension of his design philosophy into architecture and interiors.
Expanding urban footprint
IMARAT Downtown is being developed as a multi-use urban destination intended to centralize retail, hospitality and residential activity in one location. With the Mall of IMARAT set to open, the addition of branded residences adds another dimension to the master plan.
Developers say the project is aimed at both investors and end users seeking premium property options in Islamabad’s expanding commercial corridors.
