IHC to hear request for cancellation of Bushra Bibi’s bail in Toshakhana II case

Islamabad: The Islamabad High Court (Toshakhana II) held a hearing to revoke Bushra Bibi’s bail.

The case will be heard by Justice Mian Gul Hasan Aurangzeb on December 12.

It may be noted that the court had issued a warning to Bushra Bibi on December 12 and the FIA ​​had asked for cancellation of bail.

In its petition, the FIA ​​alleged that Bushra Bibi misused bail by not appearing in court. The FIA ​​asked the court to cancel the bail.
