Scholarship Benefits
Selected students will receive a comprehensive financial package that includes:
- Full tuition fee
- Free accommodation/hostel facility
- Monthly living stipend
- Airfare
- Health insurance and other approved benefits under the scholarship programme
Who Can Apply?
The scholarship is open to eligible students from Central Asian and friendly countries who wish to pursue:
- Undergraduate (BS) programmes
- Master’s degree programmes
- PhD studies
Applicants must meet the academic and eligibility criteria specified by HEC and the participating universities.
Participating Universities
The scholarships are offered in top-ranked public sector universities across Pakistan, allowing international students to study in diverse disciplines, including engineering, medical sciences, agriculture, information technology, social sciences, natural sciences and business education.
Application Deadline
Interested candidates must submit their online applications by August 10, 2026.
