Havelian Hazara University Mansehra is the only university in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa that is running without a Vice Chancellor. The acting Vice Chancellor of the university has become the Vice Chancellor of FATA University. There is no Pro Chancellor in the university, so the university is running unattended. It is appealed to the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province to immediately give the charge of Hazara University to Dr. Tahir Irfan Khan, Vice Chancellor of Abbottabad University, so that the affairs of the university can be run until the arrival of a permanent Vice Chancellor.
