Haripur: TIP Police Station conducted a successful operation, arresting three suspects involved in the assault of a college teacher. DPO Haripur, Farhan Khan, took notice of the incident of violence against Asadullah, a teacher at Punjab College, which occurred near Shaheen Public School within the jurisdiction of TIP Police Station.
Based on the complainant’s report, a case was registered against the accused under sections 452, 337-AI, 147, and 149 PPC. SHO TIP Police Station, Rizwan Khan, along with a police team, swiftly apprehended the suspects, identified as Kashan (son of Ejaz), Aqib Shahid (son of Shahid Javed), residents of the Central Jail area, and Muhammad Rizwan (son of Manzoor), a resident of Peer Colony.
Efforts are underway to arrest the remaining suspects. Further investigation into the case is ongoing.
