Islamabad: Federal Minister for Finance and Revenue Muhammad Aurangzeb said on Wednesday that the government is ready to support the business community.
Federal Finance and Revenue Minister Senator Muhammad Aurangzeb today chaired a meeting at the Finance Ministry to address the challenges faced in the power sector.
The main participants of the meeting are Minister of Energy Sardar Awais Ahmad Khan Leghari, Minister of Petroleum Dr Musadiq Masood Malik, Minister of Trade Jam Kamal Khan, Minister of Industry and Production Rana Tanwer Hussain, National Coordinator of SIFC Major General Tabassum Habib, Deputy Chairman of the Planning Commission. Mr. Jahanzeb Khan , Chairman APTMA Mr. Asif Inam and prominent industrialist and federal secretary respectively.
The main agenda is to discuss and develop solutions to address energy sector issues affecting the business community.Minister of Finance, Ali Pervaiz Malik nominated MNA as the key person to coordinate with the Ministries to solve this problem at the earliest.
