ISLAMABAD: The price of 24 carat gold rose by Rs 600 per tola and was sold at Rs 275,500 on Wednesday compared to sales of Rs. 274,900 on the last trading day. The price of 10 grams of 24 carat gold also increased by Rs 515 to Rs. 236,197 from Rs. 235,682, while the price of 10 grams of 22 carat gold rose to Rs 216,514 from Rs. 216,042, All Sindh Sarafa Jewelers Association said. The price of a tola and ten grams of silver remained constant at Rs 3050 and Rs 2614.88 respectively. The price of gold on the international market rose by $6 to $2,653 from $2,647, the association said.
