ISLAMABAD: Gold and silver prices declined in Pakistan on Saturday, with the price of gold falling by Rs100 per tola to Rs460,236, according to rates issued by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).
The price of 10 grams of gold decreased by Rs85 to Rs394,578.
In the international market, gold fell by $1 to $4,377 per ounce.
Silver prices also declined in the domestic market. The price of silver fell by Rs69 per tola to Rs7,100, while 10 grams of silver decreased by Rs59 to Rs6,087.
The international price of silver stood at $66.22 per ounce.
Domestic bullion prices are influenced by international precious-metal prices and currency-market movements, meaning local rates can fluctuate from one trading session to another.
