Peshawar: A representative delegation from the Furniture Association Peshawar and All Pakistan Furniture Association, led by President Feroz Shah and General Secretary Irfanullah Khalil, attended an awareness session at the Regional Office Peshawar. The session aimed to guide the business community on tax-related matters and enhance the grievance redressal process.
Federal Tax Ombudsman Advisor Sardar Ali Khawaja addressed the participants, stating that the FTO office is committed to resolving taxpayer issues and promoting transparency and fairness in the tax sector. During the meeting, participants were informed about the grievance redressal process, taxpayer rights, and the services offered by the FTO.
Representatives from the Furniture Association highlighted the various tax challenges faced by their industry and appreciated the facilitation efforts of the FTO. The officials assured the furniture business community of prompt action on their concerns and committed to providing all possible assistance in resolving tax-related issues.
The Federal Tax Ombudsman’s office continues to conduct awareness campaigns nationwide to ensure maximum benefit for businesses and taxpayers across the country.
