The Pakistan’s another international Airport Gwadar has been functional now, yester Pakistan celebrated a significant milestone in aviation on Monday with the historic landing of the first commercial flight at the New Gwadar International Airport. According to the reports the New Gwadar International Airport, covering 4,300 acres, is Pakistan’s largest airport.
The new airport area Gwadar is also famous for its clear and blue waters that can also attracts the international tourists if of our authorities could use this for that purpose in future. It should be remember that in our country we have actually have no such a beach that not only attract more international tourist to the country but also have the space for the local citizens to enjoy such a pleasant view.
It is also very unfortunate that form Karachi to Gwadar we almost 24 famous and common beaches but none of them have meets the international standards facilities to the Amuse the tourists and give them safety to enjoy such spots. Yesterday the PIA flight PK-503 departed from Karachi at 9:50 AM with 46 passengers on board and touched down at Gwadar’s state-of-the-art facility at 11:15 AM, marking the official commencement of operations at the newly inaugurated airport.
At that occasion deface and Aviation Minister Khawaja Muhammad Asif was present to welcome the flight, highlighting the airport’s potential in strengthening Pakistan’s economic growth, regional tourism, and international connectivity.
According to the reports “This new airport is not just an aviation hub; it’s a symbol of Gwadar’s emerging role as a critical point for trade and development,” said the minister during the welcome ceremony.
A spokesperson for Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) expressed pride in the historic flight, calling the opening of the airport a vital step towards enhancing Gwadar’s position as a gateway for regional and global trade.
The airport will enhance Pakistan’s connectivity, offering additional access to the UAE, Europe, Far East, Central Asia and Africa. The New Gwadar International Airport is expected to open up numerous economic and tourism opportunities for the region, serving as a crucial link between Pakistan and the wider world.
The first-ever flight PK-503 received water salute as soon as it touches the ground of the Gwadar International Airport which will be defiantly use for the socioeconomic growth of the country but if it should use for the tourism the country could earn foreign exchange as well- it is hoped that the high ups will also think about that how it should be use for that purpose.
As we know Gwadar is very stunning spot and it could be a destination for the nation’s wide tourists, therefor if the high ups the federal government, the relevant authorities and both the Sindh and Balochistan should tie up for the batter use of such facilities.
