The wildfire in Los Angeles is still raging, and experts estimate that it may take several weeks to completely control the fire. In light of this, Bollywood actress Preity Zinta, residing in Los Angeles, shared an update on her well-being with her fans via Twitter and the blogging platform X.
Preity Zinta, who has been living in Los Angeles with her American husband for a long time, expressed her deep sorrow about the ongoing fire in the city and reassured her fans that, for now, she is safe.
In her tweet, she wrote, “I never thought I would see the day when the fire would engulf the areas around us. Friends and family in the city have either relocated or are on high alert, and ashes are falling like snow from the hazy skies. It’s a fearful and uncertain feeling, especially with small children and elderly people around us.”
She continued, “My heart is broken by the destruction around us, and I am grateful to God that we are safe for now. My prayers are with those who have lost their homes and everything in this fire. I hope the winds calm soon and the fire is controlled.”
Preity Zinta also expressed her gratitude, saying, “A big thank you to the fire department, firefighters, and all those who are helping to save lives and property.”
