MUZZAFARGH: Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman on Sunday said the constitutional institution was responsible for the insurgency.
Addressing a meeting in Muzaffargarh, the JUI-F chief said that some organizations did not play a role in the creation of Pakistan and contributed to its disintegration.
Accusing them of violating the constitution, Fazl said they were not the violators but the real rebels.
Reflecting on the fight against terrorism, he criticized the current government formation and said, “[They have declared war against terrorism, but terrorism is increasing.”

Discussing the deteriorating law and order situation, the JUI-F chief said, “The people of KP and Balochistan are suffering from severe unrest.”
He said that the Islamic system and economic rights should be given to the people in the constitution.
He asked whether it could be considered a crime for scientists to support organizations in peace building.
“The Fourth Schedule will not stop us,” the JUI-F leader said in his speech while referring to the Fourth Schedule.
