Pakistani actor Fawad Khan has become the focus of widespread social media discussion after new photographs and behind-the-scenes videos showed him with a visibly different appearance.
Fans have been commenting on his shorter haircut, slimmer face and more defined features, with some speculating that the actor may have undergone cosmetic or aesthetic procedures.
However, neither Fawad Khan nor his representatives have confirmed that he received Botox, facial fillers, a facelift or any other cosmetic treatment. The claims circulating online remain unverified social media speculation.
New Look Linked to Upcoming Film
Fawad is currently associated with an upcoming film directed by Nadeem Baig, in which he is set to appear opposite Ayeza Khan for the first time on the big screen.
Reports say the project is expected to mark Ayeza Khan’s film debut and may be released in 2027. Behind-the-scenes clips from the production have recently circulated online, showing Fawad with significantly shorter hair and a leaner appearance.
The actor is reportedly playing a security officer in the film, although complete details about the project’s storyline and his character have not been officially disclosed.
His new haircut may have been adopted for the role and appears to have contributed substantially to the change noticed by fans.
Photo With Cosmetic Surgeon Fuels Rumours
Speculation increased after an older photograph of Fawad visiting a cosmetic surgery clinic in Lahore resurfaced online.
The clinic’s social media post described the occasion as a visit to its facility but did not state that the actor had undergone any procedure. Merely visiting or being photographed with a cosmetic surgeon does not establish that someone received treatment.
Some users nevertheless speculated that his appearance could be the result of Botox, fillers or facial contouring, while others attributed it to weight loss, grooming, lighting, makeup and the shorter hairstyle.
Without a statement from the actor or a qualified professional directly involved in his care, it is not possible to determine the cause of changes in his appearance from photographs alone.
Ozempic Claims Remain Unsupported
Some social media users also linked Fawad’s slimmer appearance to the diabetes medication Ozempic.
Fawad has previously spoken publicly about living with type 1 diabetes, but there is no credible evidence that he has used Ozempic or any other medicine for weight loss.
Medical treatments and prescription drug use are private health matters, and conclusions should not be drawn solely from a person’s changing weight or appearance.
