Pakistan women’s cricket team captain Fatima Sana has signed a deal to play in the Women’s Big Bash League (WBBL), joining the Perth Scorchers squad.
According to reports, Fatima Sana will make her WBBL debut, becoming the second Pakistani women’s cricketer to feature in the tournament after Nida Dar.
Fatima has also made history this year by becoming the first Pakistani women’s cricketer to play in The Hundred and the Canada Super 60 tournament.
The development adds another overseas opportunity to Fatima’s growing T20 career as she prepares to represent Perth Scorchers in the WBBL.
