ISLAMABAD: Pakistani martial artist Fatima Naseem has broken an Indian athlete’s record by delivering 340 punches in one minute while holding eggs in her hands, earning recognition from Guinness World Records.
Fatima surpassed the previous record of 331 punches in one minute, held by Indian athlete Debiya Jyoti Sarkar.
Guinness World Records has also recognized Fatima’s achievement in the stretching category, adding another international milestone to her growing list of accomplishments.
In the stretching attempt, Fatima maintained her balance for one minute and 45 seconds while performing a stretch between two chairs.
With the latest recognitions, Fatima Naseem has now achieved 10 Guinness World Records, making her the first Pakistani woman athlete to secure 10 officially recognized world records, according to the report.
Her latest feats have further highlighted Pakistan’s presence on the international martial arts and world-record stage.
