TALASH: Organized one-day awareness session for farmers organized by Al-Falah Organization Banrgai Talash with the support of ABKT Organization Pakistan.
A one-day awareness and training session was organized for farmers,and landlords in Banrgai Talash Dir Lower under the auspices of Al- Falah Organization Banrgai Talash, a local organization with the support of Association for Behavior and Knowledge Transformation (ABKT). Director of Programs of ABKT Organization Islamabad Jan Muhammad, Agriculture Expert Dr. Daulat Khan, Regional Director ABKT Shad Muhammad, Central President of Al-Falah Organization Banrgai Talash Haji Syed Jan, Central General Secretary of Al-Falah Organization Banrgai Talash Habib Muhammad Khattak and Jameel Khan. In addition, farmers, farmers and landowners participated in large numbers. On this occasion, agricultural experts warned that precautions should be taken while spraying any kind of vegetables, fruits or other types of gardens, while putting seeds or urea, while harvesting. Precaution must be taken before spraying any kind of crops, vegetable and fruit orchards with different medicines, one should consult and take advice from agronomists. Using fertilizers can be dangerous and even fatal. Natural fertilizers including green silage should be preferred. During this one-day awareness session, the agronomists also revealed that the main reason for the increasing rate of invasive and fatal cancer in Malakand division is the use of crops, vegetables and the production of fruits,in which there is excessive use of artificial fertilizers and toxic drugs. During the awareness session, the experts urged the participants to rely on natural fertilizers instead of synthetic urea and to avoid using excessive amounts of toxic drugs. Precautions should be taken during spraying etc. and medicines should be used according to the advice of agricultural experts. In order to avoid any harm and suffering.
