MARDAN: A resident of Bijli Ghar Shah Fahad, strongly protested against the alleged negligence and irresponsibility of the private hospital and appealed to the higher authorities to take action against the female doctor of the hospital and provide justice. Shah Fahad during the press conference said that on February 1, 2025, he took his wife to Dar al-Shifa Hospital, where the medical staff told him that normal delivery was not possible and that an operation was required, but according to him, the hospital administration had previously blamed the unavailability of the doctor. He made an excuse and after a delay of several hours, the operation was performed, as a result of which his newborn son lost his life. He said that the hospital administration acted evasively by giving repeated consolations while the alleged negligence and carelessness of the doctors caused the death of his son. He demanded from the Chief Minister of Khyber Pukhtunkhwa Ali Amin Gandapur and Health Advisor Ihtisham to take notice of this sad incident by providing us with justice and take strict action against those responsible so that no other family should go through such trauma in the future.
