False and baseless petitions against the founder of Tehrik-e-Shahr-e-Khamoshan Pakistan dismissed; justice prevails

According to details, today, on Friday, the Rawalpindi court dismissed the petitions filed against the founder and chairman of Tehrik-e-Shahr-e-Khamoshan Pakistan, Jamil Hashmi, and Vice President Ishtiaq Ahmad Abbasi. The petitions, which were submitted to the Deputy Commissioner Murree, alleged that Jamil Hashmi and Ishtiaq Abbasi were involved in cutting and selling trees and receiving foreign funding. However, the court found no evidence to support these claims.

After hearing the case for nearly 8 months, the court dismissed the petitions, clearing Jamil Hashmi and Ishtiaq Ahmad Abbasi of all charges. The decision was welcomed by prominent business leaders, city dignitaries, social and religious organizations, and journalists in Murree. They congratulated the founder of Tehrik-e-Shahr-e-Khamoshan and the entire team on this victory and appealed to them to restart their noble work with the same spirit and dedication. They also assured the team of their full cooperation and support.
