Facebook, the world’s most popular social media platform with over 3 billion monthly users, has now become an excellent source for earning online.
According to details, many individuals are already generating additional income through Facebook. Now, Meta has introduced a new feature to provide users with another opportunity to earn.
The new feature allows users to monetize more effectively through affiliate links on Facebook. These links can now be prominently featured in posts, including reels, photos, videos, and text. The update aims to improve partnerships between users and companies, creating better earning opportunities.
Previously, affiliate links were only displayed as URLs in captions. However, the new update enables users to integrate these links more effectively, potentially increasing engagement and sales—at least, that’s Meta’s expectation.
Meta is also introducing an auto-detection system for affiliate links, currently limited to specific domains. When the system identifies a specific domain or web link, users will be advised to use the “Paid Partnership” label, and product link details will be added automatically.
These features are being rolled out globally for Facebook Pages and Professional Profiles.
