A crucial meeting of the Former PSF Core Committee was held at Riaz Khan Tandar House, where important decisions were made regarding the grand welcome of Bilawal Bhutto Zardari in Peshawar and the revival of the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. It was decided that a grand Workers’ Convention will be organized in the second week of February, which will play a significant role in strengthening the party’s position in the province.
The meeting was presided over by Engineer Arif Khan Tarangzai, the founder of Former PSF, while Riaz Khan Tandar and Sajjad Khan hosted the session. Senior party leaders from various districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa participated in the meeting and expressed their commitment to addressing workers’ concerns and bringing ideological activists into the mainstream to continue the mission of Shaheed Bhutto and Benazir Bhutto.
During the meeting, Engineer Mama Ghani Gul Masood announced that the Ex-PSF Core Committee would be expanded, and dedicated workers from across the province would be included. Various strategies for strengthening the party were discussed, and it was decided that Former PSF committees would be formed in all districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Former PSF Leaders from the Mardan division, including Fazal Rabi Khan, Saeed Khan Garhala, Ajmal Shah Roghani, Waqas Butt Advocate, and Moatasib Khan, assured their full participation in the upcoming Mardan Convention. Similarly, senior leaders Bacha Hussain from Malakand, Ayaz Khan Marwat from Bannu, and Sheikh Fayaz Hussain from Hazara Division attended the meeting and expressed their full confidence in the party leadership.
At the conclusion of the meeting, Senior XPSF Mardan leader Ikram Shah led a prayer for the soul of Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto, Shaheed Benazir Bhutto, and all martyrs of democracy.
