Dir Lower: With the efforts of the leaders of the Estihkaam Pakistan Movement, a 10-year-old land dispute involving hundreds of kanals between three parties in Loi Sam was resolved peacefully and amicably. The parties embraced each other. Meanwhile, in the presence of the Jirga leaders, several tractors simultaneously plowed and started cultivating wheat on the disputed barren land for years, causing a wave of joy among the people of the area.
After the tireless efforts of the Jirga elders under the leadership of the founder and central chairman of the Estihkaam-e-Pakistan Movement, Haji Muhammad Wasil Khan, hundreds of kanals of cultivable land in Sama Sai Lui Sam Bajaur, which had been lying barren for the past 10 years due to the alleged dispute between the three parties, the Haji Hakam Khan family, the Ali Khan family and the Gul Badshah family, were finally settled. And due to the aforementioned disputed lands, the three parties had become enemies of each other. Cases had also been going on in the courts for a long time. A lot of financial and human losses had also occurred. Several conciliatory jirgas were also held to resolve this dispute. But all efforts had failed. In this regard, when the founder and central chairman of the Estihkaam-e- Pakistan Movement, Haji Muhammad Wasil Khan, was contacted. Then the Jirga elders under the leadership of Haji Muhammad Wasil Khan, continued their sincere efforts for several months. Finally, by convincing the three parties, who were thirsty for each other’s blood, they sat down in one place and settled the dispute on hundreds of kanals that had been going on for many years. The dispute over the surrounding lands was resolved in a peaceful atmosphere. After which the Jirga elders drove tractors in the presence of the parties and cultivated wheat on the relevant lands. This created a wave of joy among the people of the area. A grand ceremony was also organized on the occasion. Haji Muhammad Wasil Khan, the founder and central chairman of the Estihkaam-e- Pakistan Movement, addressed the participants of the peace ceremony and said that the solution to any dispute is not war and quarrels but in peacefully implementing the decisions of the Jirga elders. The Pakistani judicial system is also not sincere in resolving disputes, but on the contrary, it has humiliated and embarrassed the parties by entangling them in cases. Haji Muhammad Wasil Khan, while giving a message to the people, said that to resolve all their disputes, keep in touch with the Estihkaam-e-Pakistan Movement.
