LAHORE: DWP Group has announced the redemption of two short-term Sukuk worth a combined PKR 3 billion, marking the completion of financing obligations issued by Digital World Pakistan (Private) Limited.
The company said PKR 1.5 billion was redeemed under Short-Term Sukuk-1 and another PKR 1.5 billion under Short-Term Sukuk-2. The transaction was completed on July 25, 2026.
The redemption is significant for investors and financial stakeholders because it reflects the company’s ability to meet scheduled obligations and manage short-term funding responsibly.
Two Sukuk Issues Fully Redeemed
According to DWP Group, both Sukuk instruments were redeemed in full.
