Dr. Shah Khalid, a young gold medalist of Benazir Shaheed Teaching Hospital, who underwent successful surgery for his first brain t umor in Abbottabad, underwent three trainings through advanced machines and special skills in anesthesia. Faisal, a resident of Pulit Mansehra, had a brain tumor that was brought to hospital for testing under advanced diagnostic procedures. Its operation was proposed but no such machine was available in the entire province to make its treatment operation possible. Dr. Shah Khalid who is trained from Agha Khan Hospital Karachi made it impossible by ordering a neuronegotiation machine from Lahore.

After a successful operation of 3 hours, 95 percent of the messenger was removed. The finish line. Dr Shah Khalid told media that this operation was a challenge for him. Even a small amount of it could have helped the patient for life. He was also giving only brain to keep the rest of the patient conscious it was a difficult task but he learned the skills which succeeded even though he succeeded.
