In open courts, police officers are held accountable before the public, and citizens’ issues are resolved promptly to provide relief. During the session, applications from citizens were heard, and their concerns were addressed.The records of the applications submitted during the open court are maintained in an online software system called the Complaint Management System. Follow-ups on these applications are conducted with the relevant officers within the specified timelines. The concerned officers ensure that action is taken to the fullest extent possible.
