District Swabi Conducts First Online Assessment of Teachers under ESEF – A Positive and Historic Step. The Elementary and Secondary Education Foundation (ESEF) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa organized the first-ever online assessment test for teachers in District Swabi. This significant educational initiative is attributed to the new Managing Director, Mr. Qaiser Alam, under whose leadership this modern and effective system was launched.
The online assessment test was a welcome and encouraging experience, which was highly appreciated by the teachers, and they praised the institution’s efforts.
Although a few teachers faced technical and understanding difficulties, it is expected that these issues will be resolved gradually with more assessments being conducted in the future.
The test was conducted at Government High School Swabi, where teachers from across the district participated with enthusiasm.
All arrangements for the test were made in a complete and organized manner.
It is expected that more online assessments will be conducted in the future, which will help in resolving the technical issues and improving the overall assessment process.
The institution’s efforts will continue to enhance teacher development and improve their skills.
