Tarbela Ghazi: DIG Hazara Nasser Mehmood Satti Visits Tarbela Dam Tunnel V, Meets Chinese and Security Officials, Reviews Security Situation
Deputy Inspector General of Police Hazara, Nasser Mehmood Satti, along with DPO Haripur, Farhan Khan, visited the Tarbela Dam Tunnel V project. During the visit, they held meetings with Chinese officials and senior security officers to discuss key issues regarding security and ongoing development work. Chief Engineer/Project Director, Waseem Raza, provided a detailed briefing on the security arrangements and developmental activities.
DIG Hazara, Nasser Mehmood Satti, engaged in a meeting with Chinese officials to address security concerns and assured them of full cooperation from the police. He emphasized that all necessary measures were being taken to ensure the safety of Chinese and other foreign workers, and any lapses would not be tolerated. He further instructed that Chinese officials could directly contact him at any time to resolve any issues.
In his address to the police officers present, DIG Hazara emphasized the need to strengthen the security of all foreign workers, including Chinese, involved in ongoing development projects in the Haripur district. He directed that weekly meetings with Chinese and other project officials be ensured, and security audits of the security points be conducted regularly.
