UPPER DIR: A ceremony was held at the DC Office to honor Dir, a seven-year-old champion of the Lahore DHA international running competition. Azlan Shah, belonging to Tehsil Wari, secured first position in the 10 km race of the Lahore International DHA Marathon race .
Deputy Commissioner Upper Dir Naveed Akbar, MPA Yamin Khan, and Malik Gul Ibrahim Khan congratulated Azlan Shah on his achievement.
During the ceremony, DC Naveed Akbar praised Azlan Shah’s performance and courage, saying that his achievement has brought glory to Upper Dir. He assured support for Azlan’s future endeavors.
