Former Australia cricketer David Warner has been charged with drink-driving after allegedly recording a blood alcohol level above the legal limit during a police check in Sydney, according to New South Wales Police.
The incident occurred on Sunday evening in Maroubra, where officers were conducting random breath testing. Police said the 39-year-old, who currently captains Karachi Kings in the Pakistan Super League, stopped his vehicle before reaching the testing point and was subsequently approached for a roadside test.
