Data Vault Pakistan and Galaxy Technology (Pvt) Ltd. have signed a strategic partnership agreement to accelerate Pakistan’s digital sovereignty by expanding local cloud capabilities and developing high-performance computing (HPC) infrastructure to support the country’s growing artificial intelligence (AI) ecosystem.
The agreement was signed by Syed Zeeshan Ali, Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Data Vault Pakistan, and Muhammad Jhanghir, Chief Executive Officer of Galaxy Technology (Pvt) Ltd.
Under the partnership, Data Vault Pakistan will deliver a comprehensive portfolio of advanced digital services, including AI Model-as-a-Service (MaaS), GPU-as-a-Service (GPUaaS), sovereign and hybrid cloud solutions, AI-ready data center services, and high-performance computing (HPC). The company will also provide cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, and managed machine learning operations (MLOps) for government institutions and private enterprises.
Galaxy Technology will complement these offerings by leveraging its nationwide Information and Communications Technology (ICT) infrastructure, national connectivity services, and network integration capabilities to establish a robust and secure digital backbone for AI-driven applications.
Officials from both organizations said the collaboration is designed to ensure that Pakistan’s critical data and advanced AI workloads are securely hosted within the country’s borders, reinforcing national data sovereignty and technological independence.
“The future of AI should not only be consumed in Pakistan—it should be built, powered, and hosted in Pakistan,” the leadership said in a joint statement, reaffirming their commitment to strengthening Pakistan’s indigenous digital capabilities.
The partnership comes at a time when government agencies and businesses are increasingly seeking localized, secure, and sovereign cloud infrastructure to meet evolving data privacy requirements while reducing reliance on foreign digital platforms.
The initiative is expected to support Pakistan’s digital transformation agenda by enabling secure AI deployment, expanding domestic cloud infrastructure, and fostering innovation across both the public and private sectors.
