Hollywood actress Dafne Keen, who rose to fame through the popular film Logan, has made a shocking revelation about her early experiences in the entertainment industry, disclosing that she was offered drugs at film industry parties when she was just 11 years old.

The 21-year-old actress shared the experience during an appearance on the Inside of You podcast, explaining that she encountered situations at a young age that encouraged her to stay away from drugs and alcohol.

According to Dafne Keen, she was offered cocaine at parties organised after filming wrapped up. However, she said she consistently refused the offers and chose not to get involved in substance use.

The actress revealed that she continues to avoid alcohol and drugs even today. She added that despite attending social gatherings with friends, she does not participate in drinking or drug use.

Keen’s comments have once again highlighted concerns about the pressures and potentially harmful environments young performers may encounter while working in the entertainment industry.

Hugh Jackman Played a Protective Father Figure

During the conversation, Dafne Keen also praised her Logan co-star Hugh Jackman, describing him as a father-like figure who looked after her during the filming of the movie.

She said Jackman was particularly careful about ensuring that she did not work beyond her scheduled hours and was not exposed to unnecessary pressure or uncomfortable situations on set.

Keen described the actor as extremely kind, caring and protective, recalling how he made sure she felt comfortable and safe while working on the film.

Her remarks offer a glimpse into her experiences as a child actor in Hollywood and the importance of having supportive adults in the entertainment industry.

Dafne Keen gained international recognition for her performance as Laura, also known as X-23, alongside Hugh Jackman in the 2017 superhero film Logan.
