On the sixth day of the polio campaign, a meeting was held in the conference hall of DC Office Dadu under the chairmanship of District Health Officer Dr Syed Imdad Ali Shah to review the progress report. DHO Dadu asked Taluka Health Officer, Taluka Focal Person along with polio staff for progress report and details about today’s performance,
On this occasion Polio N-Staff Officer Dr Dedar Khaskheli, while giving a briefing about the 5-day admin coverage of the campaign, said that 406711 children should be protected from polio out of the 407723 target set by the district. 99.7% of the target has been achieved out of 100%,
DHO Dadu commended the concerned staff and workers for their good performance in the campaign and appreciated the services rendered. He said that the performance of Dadu district is better in the campaign. Giving special instructions in the meeting, DHO Dadu said that the rest of the target children should be completed by the last day of the campaign so that deadly diseases like polio can be controlled and no child is affected by it, so that innocent children are spared.
