Abbottabad Jinnah Plaza TOR’s policy of increasing corruption and building property has ruined the city. Due to non-implementation of the agreement with the shopkeepers, the front of the plaza has become full of encroachments. Despite the clear orders of the court, the TOR branch is neither obeying nor implementing the orders of the court, while the shopkeepers are not even being allowed to decorate and decorate the shops. The plaza has been turned into a self-made base, and a urinal has been built next to the base, while on the other hand, this grand project has been turned into a money-making machine through its corruption, malfeasance and looting. Due to the incompetence of the TOR branch in the premium of the plaza, Abbottabad has suffered a loss of at least more than 200 million TMA so far. Three years have passed since the construction of Jinnah Plaza was completed, but through the delayed procedure in the open auction of the shops, a loss of 5 million per month and 6 million per year, that is, 18 million in 3 years, has been caused. Every citizen is protesting against the huge financial loss caused by Jinnah Plaza, but the process of collecting wealth and extortion is not only stopping, but is also increasing. TOR has continued its business by conniving with the corrupt mafia of the city and is looting openly. Apart from other projects, double toll fees are being collected from vehicles at the General Bus Stand, Suzuki Adda, Haripur Galiat Adda and it is collecting its extortion by installing cabins, thads and carts in it. The market for looting is also hot in the inner city, but no one is asking about it. The district and TMA government authorities have also remained completely silent on the loss of crores of rupees in the premium and rent of Jinnah Plaza over the past three years, and even the elected representatives of the people are not speaking.
