CM Gandapur reiterates pledge to strive for ‘Haqeeqi Azadi’ in 2025

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur on Tuesday reiterated Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) commitment to strive for ‘Haqeeqi Azadi’ by 2025.

Talking to the media, CM Gandapur said, “We will have to bring real freedom. Those who brought the white paper should make their speeches known to the masses.”

“Since I assumed the office of KP CM, I have been able to increase the revenue of the province by up to 44 percent,” he said.

He attacked the respondent and asked the federal government to tell about its performance.

“Tell us how much revenue has been collected by Punjab, Sindh and Balochistan,” he said.

On the International Monetary Fund (IMF), CM Gandapur said, “The only target of the IMF is us [KP]. We are the only province that has met the target. All provinces except KP are facing deficit.”

Talking about the Kurram incident, he said, “The problems Kurram is facing cannot be resolved in a day. I will resolve this stalemate. The situation in Kurram is under control. We are working to maintain law and order in Kurram.”

“Agreements are being made between the parties in Kurram,” CM Gandapur said.

CM Gandapur continued to lash out at political opponents, saying, “We will have to get rid of those who won the mandate. Either we or they [opponents] will be there in 2025.”

Talking about PTI founder Imran Khan, CM Gandapur said, “We will be happy when our leader comes out of jail.”
