According to the details, under the direction of Chief Traffic Officer Haroon Rashid Khan, the officials of City Traffic Police Peshawar were instructed to ensure the voluntary removal of encroachments across the city. However, the order was not being implemented, prompting the authorities to take action. During the operation, 252 individuals were arrested, and their belongings were confiscated.

In a press release issued from the Traffic Headquarters Gulbahar, Chief Traffic Officer Haroon Rashid Khan emphasized that the encroachment mafia must voluntarily remove their encroachments. If they fail to comply, legal action will be taken. He stated that encroachments create significant difficulties for both transporters and pedestrians. He further urged citizens to park their vehicles and motorcycles in designated parking zones and warned that vehicles parked in no-parking areas would be impounded at the terminal.
