Beijing, June 11: In an important step to strengthen economic ties between Pakistan and China, the two countries’ leading companies, Henan Ruzhou Ideal Starch and KASB Pakistan Corporation, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to build the country. – Largest potato starch factory in Pakistan.
This strategic partnership aims to exploit the region’s potato resources and meet the demand for this versatile agricultural product, said Ghulam Qadir, Trade and Investment Counselor, Embassy of Pakistan in China.

The Alliance will utilize the experience and technological expertise of its Chinese partners to ensure efficient and consistent production of potato starch. In the Memorandum of Understanding between the two companies, the two companies will provide a new cooperation mechanism for both parties, including knowledge sharing, technology transfer, capacity building, project management and investment promotion in the agricultural sector and processed products.
Alliance also explained that it takes full advantage of the current favorable bilateral business environment between China and Pakistan promises to apply several years of accumulated experience in agriculture and processed products in Pakistan.
