KARACHI, October 19, 2026: Chery Master Pakistan has announced upfront savings of Rs850,000 on the Chery Tiggo 7 Super Hybrid under a limited-stock price lock offer, reducing the plug-in hybrid SUV’s price from Rs10,349,000 to Rs9,499,000.
The promotional package also includes a complimentary 7 kW home charger valued at Rs100,000, according to the company.
The offer comes as rising fuel costs and changes in sales tax on plug-in hybrid electric vehicles (PHEVs) continue to influence vehicle ownership expenses in Pakistan.
Chery Master said the applicable sales tax on PHEVs had nearly doubled, making the price lock offer particularly relevant for customers considering a hybrid SUV.
The company is positioning the Tiggo 7 Super Hybrid as an accessible plug-in hybrid option for Pakistani buyers seeking to reduce petrol consumption without giving up the flexibility of longer journeys.

Chery claims up to 94% reduction in energy costs
Chery Master Pakistan says the Tiggo 7 Super Hybrid could significantly reduce running expenses compared with conventional petrol-powered vehicles.
Using a petrol price approaching Rs400 per litre, the company estimates that a comparable petrol vehicle delivering 8–10 kilometres per litre could incur fuel expenses of approximately Rs80,000 to Rs100,000 per month, based on annual driving of 20,000 kilometres.
The company puts the corresponding annual fuel expenditure at approximately Rs800,000 to Rs1 million.
By comparison, Chery claims the Tiggo 7 Super Hybrid can reduce energy costs by up to 94 percent when charged using surplus solar electricity valued at an assumed Rs11 per unit.
Under these assumptions, the company estimates potential savings of Rs75,000 to Rs95,000 per month, or Rs750,000 to Rs950,000 annually.
These figures are based on Chery’s stated assumptions, and actual savings would depend on driving patterns, electricity costs, charging arrangements and petrol consumption.
Electric range exceeds 90 km, combined range tops 1,200 km
The Tiggo 7 Super Hybrid uses Chery’s fifth-generation Super Hybrid (CSH) architecture, combining electric propulsion with a petrol engine.
According to the company, the vehicle offers more than 90 kilometres of pure electric driving range, allowing many routine journeys to be completed without using petrol.
Its combined petrol and electric driving range exceeds 1,200 kilometres, providing additional flexibility for longer trips.
Chery also claims fuel savings of more than 70 percent compared with conventional petrol-powered SUVs.
The plug-in hybrid system is designed to support electric driving for everyday travel while retaining the petrol engine for journeys beyond the available electric range.
