Islamabad: Chairman Capital Development Authority (CDA), Muhammad Ali Randhawa, chaired a key meeting on Thursday to finalize plans for the auction of various categories of commercial plots in Islamabad. The meeting was attended by CDA Members and senior officers from the relevant wings.
During the meeting, Chairman CDA Muhammad Ali Randhawa emphasized the importance of offering lucrative and investor-friendly opportunities in Islamabad to attract potential investors. He directed the selection of prime, business-suitable locations for the auction to maximize investment potential in Islamabad.
Chairman CDA Muhammad Ali Randhawa further stated that the auction will include a variety of plots, such as commercial, agro farms, Class-III shopping centers, industrial plots, I&T centers, hotel plots, and apartment complexes, providing diverse and lucrative opportunities for investment in the city.
To ensure smooth execution and maximum facilitation to the investors, it was decided to form a committee under the supervision of Member Finance. The committee will include senior officers from the Estate, Environment, Enforcement, and Law departments, among others. Chairman CDA directed that the committee to promptly address any issues related to the plots being offered in the auction and submit actionable proposals.
