ISLAMABAD: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) is taking many initiatives to give the greatest available amenities to its inhabitants, including the erection of pedestrian bridges in three locations.
The civic body plans to install bridges to help pedestrians cross the Srinagar Highway, which are currently in the final stages of construction, in order to reduce traffic accidents.
According to a press release, due to the installation of one of these three pedestrian bridges, on January 28, 2024 at 10 p.m., Sector G-7/4 Opposite Chairman Office CDA, Metro Bus Station, Srinagar Highway would be entirely blocked to all traffic.
