LAHORE, March 16: The Central Business District Punjab (CBD Punjab) has offered a 40-kanal plot in Lahore’s Bab District on Walton Road for the development of a state-of-the-art hospital, with the site to be auctioned through a sealed-bid process.
According to officials, the initiative aims to attract investment in the healthcare sector and support the establishment of a medical facility designed to deliver services in line with international standards in the provincial capital.
CBD Punjab said interested investors can submit documents until April 7, 2026, while the sealed bids will be opened on April 9, 2026.
Auction details and investment plan
The authority stated that the reserve price for the 40-kanal plot has been set at Rs150 million per kanal. The auction will be conducted through sealed bids to ensure transparency and competitive participation.

To facilitate potential investors, CBD Punjab has also introduced a five-year installment plan for the purchase of the plot.
Officials said the project is part of broader efforts to develop CBD Punjab as a modern business district equipped with advanced infrastructure and essential urban facilities.

CEO CBD Punjab Imran Amin said the authority is working to create a world-class urban business district while supporting the development of essential services such as healthcare.
He said the hospital plot in the Bab District offers investors an opportunity to establish a modern healthcare institution at a strategic location in Lahore.
CBD Punjab’s development strategy focuses on building a sustainable urban environment where commercial growth and public services are developed alongside each other.
